Job Position: International Sales
1. Assist in creating and enhancing long-term business relationships with customers to maximize business growth and opportunities
● Participate in buyers' meetings
● Accompany customers on buyers' trips
● Handle customers' complaints and claims
● Coordinate with offshore offices in the future
2. Set pricing structure and strategies in order to maintain profit margin. Provide advice and suggestions on product design to facilitate cost-saving and enhance product sales
● Source new vendors
● Suggest ideas on product design
● Advise customers on market trends
● Conduct customer presentations
3. Assist in managing the team to achieve division's business objectives
● Delegate work to team
● Manage the team's operations
● Work out solutions to problems with subordinates
● Build team spirit
4. Assist in developing new business opportunities with customers
● Idenfity new business opportunities
● Recommend new product items to customers
● Collect information on market trends and competitiors' sales performance
6. Assist in managing the team's merchandising activities to ensure customer satisfaction
● Confirm orders with customers
● Resolve conflicts between buyers and factories
● Monitor shipment progress
7. Perform other duties as assigned by Management
Education Level: College or university graduated.
Years of Experience: over 8 years experiences in Buying/Trading office in New Energy(Specially for PV Module) field for US or Euro Market, at least 3 yrs manager experience
Expert in product safety requirement, product development skills. Products includes PV module, LCD/LED TV, A/V products etc.
Good sense of market trend, Good communication skill, details oriented & self - motivated
Language Skills: Good command of Spoken & Written Italian/French/English.
Customer orientation, initiative, decision making, good management skill.
